Albert J. Brooks, Jr.
Mr. Brooks has successfully briefed and argued numerous issues in the appellate courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In medical malpractice matters, he helped change the New Jersey law on causation.
Recently he was instrumental in the confidential settlement on behalf of dozens of clients with a large health care corporation.
Mr. Brooks is married with three children, coaches baseball and softball and is an accomplished musician.
