Mr. Brooks has been practicing law with Sheller, P.C. since 1993, concentrating his practice on pharmaceutical product liability achieving million dollar jury awards and numerous confidential settlements. He also investigates vaccine injuries, and has litigated hundreds of these claims through mediation, arbitration, and in the national vaccine injury compensation program.Mr. Brooks has successfully briefed and argued numerous issues in the appellate courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In medical malpractice matters, he helped change the New Jersey law on causation.
Recently he was instrumental in the confidential settlement on behalf of dozens of clients with a large health care corporation.
Mr. Brooks is married with three children, coaches baseball and softball and is an accomplished musician.
