Recipients are chosen by a panel of eight members of the legal community from across the commonwealth with varying expertise, including bar leaders, a legal recruiter, a sitting judge, a former justice, an in-house counsel and a member of last year’s Fast Track class. Those nominees with the highest composite scores were selected for this award.
